How are the coaching calls scheduled?
It’s straightforward to schedule a one-on-one coaching call with your Oculus trainer. Visit our scheduling page and select your preferred date and time. You will receive instant confirmation with the access information.

What are the hours for coaching calls?
Our coaches are generally available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, within your local time zone. Please get in touch with your account manager to review options if you need special times.
Are the coaching calls recorded?
No! We do not record coaching calls. We want your team members and to speak openly.
How long do the calls take?
Coaching calls take around 15-20 minutes. The objective is to pick one training goal and think, discuss, and practice!
What topics can we speak about during a coaching call?
Any reservation sales, hotel operations, customer service, sensitivity, or leadership topics can be reviewed within a coaching call. The choice is yours. Make your selection during the booking process.
Please note that the credits used for the call can change depending on the topic selected. Please visit our call credit page for more details on the current rates.
What if I need to cancel the call?
We know that life happens, and you must change your schedule occasionally. You can change your confirmed call up to 24 hours for free! Coaching calls canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in the call credits utilized at the time of the booking being non-refundable

It was a different perspective from what I was taught before in the hospitality sector, being an 'order taker' to 'sales person'.
