Why do I have to provide an email to access your system?

From time to time, we might require that you provide us with an email address to access our system. Don’t worry! We are not going to send you any promotional spam emails. We hate them too!

If you access our Web-based Reporting, Chatter and Salesforce1 systems, then we do need an email as a source of identification. Since we share confidential data here, like call recordings, we want to have a method to track who is obtaining this information.

In our training portal system, we do not require an email address, and this is because there is no employee confidential data kept. However, you can provide us with an email here also. It makes it easier to remember your username!

With all systems, when an email is provided, it is easier to reset your password and gain access should you forget your login details.

Simple enough, right?
